Q: Is there any charge for consultations?

A: Every consultation is free until you become an official client.


Q: What are the fees /charges for your services?

A: We are fee-based advisors.  We annually charge a small percentage fee based on the assets you have under management with our firm.  When we are not able to charge a fee-only, we disclose all costs to our clients and what we will be compensated.


Q: Is there a minimum amount of money I need to have ready to invest before you will help me?

A: No. We have no account size minimums.


How do I access my account balances?

CIR Statements Access for Clients:

1) Go to our web site: www.clearvistafinancial.com

2) Click on Account Access

3) Click on Register Now 

4) Enter your social security number 

5) When asked for a temporary password, please use:  clearvista

6) You will then be routed to create your own user name and password and confirm password.

Please note:

  • Once your account is established, simply go to www.clearvistafinancial.com, click on Account Access, enter your user ID and click on Continue.
  • Only you will have your user name and password. Please do not misplace that information once it's established.
  • User name is not case sensitive. Password is always case sensitive.
  • From that point Mark Trice will receive an email to confirm you are his client.  Once Mark responds to that email, you will be able to sign in and access your accounts.  Please wait at least 24 hours before attempting to sign in.  This will allow Mark ample time to review and process.
